Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 5 ounces Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple-Cranberry
  • 2 ounces champagne
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Corn syrup (optional)

Equipment:

  • Cocktail shaker
  • 2 small plates
  • Spoon
  • Measuring cup
  • Measuring shot glass
  • Cocktail glass

Directions:

  1. Add a little light corn syrup, less than 1 tablespoon, to a small plate and then dip the top of the glass in the corn syrup. Add a mixture of gold and silver sugar sprinkles to a different small plate and dip the top of the glass in the sprinkles, making sure that the corn syrup gets completely covered. Set the glass aside while working on the cocktail.
  2. To a cocktail shaker, add a few ice cubes and then the vodka, the pomegranate juice, and the grapefruit juice. Put the top of the shaker on and shake briefly to make all the contents cold, about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Remove the shaker top and add the Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple-Cranberry and the champagne. Give the mixture a quick stir and then place the strainer part of the top on the shaker.
  4. Finally, carefully pour the mixture into your glass. Enjoy!
